AMM Foundation Scholarships

AMM Foundation is the philanthropic arm of MURUGAPPA group. They are offering Three scholarships in various categories

1. AMM Arunachalam- Lakshmi Achi Overseas Scholarship

a. The Scholarship is given to post graduate studies in Science, Humanities, Engineering, Medicine and Management

b. A maximum of Rs 1,000,00 will be given for the studies

2.A.M.M. Murugappa Chettiar Centenary Scholarship

a. This Scholarship is available for all students from LKG to Post Graduate.

b. The parents annual income should be less than 7500

c. Students should have got at least 75% in qualifying examination

3. Dewan Bahadur Murugappa Chettiar Scholarship

a. This scholarship is exclusively for Students of Alagappa University,
Alagappa Arts and Science College, Karaikudi Alagappa Engg. College Karaikudi

b. parents income should not exceed 7500/annum

c. 75% mark in qualifying examination

UNESCO Scholarship For Woman

UNESCO has announced scholarship to pursue studies in science for Woman. This is measure to empower education of woman. The USP for this program is the scholarship can be as high as 25 laks over a period of 4 years. A total of 5 scholarship are available

1. Young woman who have got 85% in HSE with PCM/PCB from Maharashtra

Bharti Scholarship For higher education

Bharti Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Bharti Airtel. Bhartu Foundation offers scholarship for higher education in the field of Engineering , Management and Agriculture. The scholarship will be provided to the student from 38 institutes who has partnered with Bharti foundation.





The objective of the scheme is to help bright students from poor families. A maximum of 50000 per year per student will be given based on the recommendation of the institute where the student is studying.

Reliance Industries has announced fellowship for pursuing MBA at STANFORD University. This venture is supported by Reliance Dhirubhai India Education Fund. A maximum of 5 students from India can benefit out of this. A whopping 83000$ per year per student is allotted which will cover almost all expenses at STANFORD.
